Day 11: East London
Ange and I spent the day in East London, a charming spot which has turned out to be one of my favorite places this trip. We explored the place enjoying the vintage markets, food stalls, art murals and the lovely Colombia flower market.
After spending the day in East London, we headed to Soho Square to catch mass at 5pm. We walked around a bit after but all the shops were closed by 6! So we decided to have dinner. We ate at Pix, a super delicious pintxos bar! They basically serve several kinds of pintxos at the bar, each pintxo has either a small stick or a large stick. The small stick pintxos cost £1.95 and the large ones £2.95. They were so good though. On Sundays they even have an unlimited pintxos + cava deal for £30 for 90 minutes, though the whole table has to do it. Ange and I just went for the normal by-the-stick ordering.
Perfect way to end the night!
